The Cube Chair can be introduced once a child is a strong sitter, typically around 6 to 9 months old. Its two primary seating heights, 5 inches and 7 inches, pair perfectly with RAD 13 inch Toddler Height Tables, making it an ideal first chair for early meals, play, and exploration. As children grow, the chair flips into an 11 inch stool that works well with a 19 inch Preschool Height Table, extending its usefulness into the preschool years.

Handmade in our shop from premium Baltic birch wood, the Cube Chair reflects RAD’s commitment to sturdy construction, thoughtful design, and quality materials. Despite its compact size, it supports up to 150 pounds, making it stable, durable, and suitable for shared moments between children and adults.

The solid back provides postural support, while the integrated side handle allows children to move the chair with confidence and practice aided movement. The simple, intentional design also supports self dressing skills, giving children the stability they need to practice putting on socks and shoes independently.
